Fancy something a bit different? An alternative to your long Sunday run?

  • Sun 22nd of May – A novice Adventure race in the Royal National Park.
If you are new to adventure racing or looking for some fun and some variety to your training routine, then this is a great event.
The race is designed to be fast and furious with teams having to change between disciplines several times during the event. There is never any time to get bored or tired as you will be constantly challenged throughout the race! These non-stop events will take between two to six hours to complete (Pete G and Mark G did it in 3hr 28 last year).
These races are designed for teams of two. The course consists of 15-25km of mountain biking, 5-10km of trail running and 2-4km of kayaking. There are multiple legs of each discipline which add up to the distances quoted
Jude and I have entered (Team “Groaning Gregory’s”) and hereby lay down the challenge to anybody who wants to take us on!
