ROAD & CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
The Winter Road and Cross Country season is conducted between April and September.
Competition structure comprises eight State Championships:
i) Four Road and Cross Country combined Individual and Teams Championships,
ii) Two Road and Cross Country Relay Championships, and
iii) State Half Marathon and Marathon Championships.
All Championships include Under age, Open and Master/Veterans categories. Some include Fun Runs.
The Road and Cross Country Championships are held in Sydney suburbs and the Central Coast, Nowra and Wollongong. The Half and Marathon are held in central Sydney.
Additionally, the Athletics East conducts three Club events: two Cross Countries (in Queens and Centennial Parks) and a Road Race (at Malabar), which include our Club Road and Cross Country Championships.
Tuesday, Thursday and Sat training.

Thursday night: At ES Marks Memorial Field (Sydney Athletic Field), Anzac Parade, Kensington – Entry from Boronia Street. 6:30pm start
A $5.50 entrance fee is collected by the Centennial Park and Moore Park trust and coaching fees paid directly to club coaches.
The Club has five Athletics New South Wales accredited coaches of various levels, all of whom actively support Club members irrespective of the age or ability level of the member
